[Judgment of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] The Writ Appeal is filed against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5066 of 2019, dated 27.08.2020.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants submitted that he has no instructions from his clients. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the subject matter of the land was acquired by the Government for laying the road and the entire road has been laid and he has also produced the photograph of the existing road. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
