ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.04.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the matter may be referred to the Mediation for settling the issue. CRL OP(MD). No.2587 of 2021 the petitioners, the matter was also referred to the Mediation Centre. Thereafter, the petitioners have not taken any steps to resolve the issues. The matter is kept pending for the past about nine months and it has not been listed for about five months.

2. The petitioners, having submitted that there is a possibility of settlement, have not taken any steps to resolve the issue and therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh application, if so advised.
