ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 465, 467, 468 and 420 IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that one Mariappan created forged document for the property of the defacto complainant and executed the same in favour of the petitioner herein. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that at the time of enquiry, the disputed document has been cancelled. He has also produced the cancelation deed in Doc.No.1901 of 2021.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that based on the cancelation deed, the complaint against the petitioner was closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
