Crl.OP.(MD)No.2350 of 2021 instructions, would contend that the present petitioner lodged a complaint against the respondents 3 to 9 and the same was registered in CSR No.76 of 2021. His further contention is that the Inspector of Police, Devadhanapatty Police Station, Theni District, after enquiring the petitioner closed the CSR No.76 of 2021, since the dispute between the parties are civil in nature. 4.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
