This petition is filed to quash the FIR in crime No.360 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thillai Nagar Police Station, Trichy City.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that enquiry has been completed and they yet to file charge sheet.

4.It is seen from the First Information Report that there are specific allegations as against the petitioner. Further, there is no interim order granted by this Court. Therefore, FIR in crime No.360 of 2014 pending on the file of the first respondent cannot be quashed at its threshold and this Court is of the view that the criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
