ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.777 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 03.10.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 363, 361 (A), 365, 395 and 120 (b) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the prosecution that the accused have kidnapped the son of the de-facto complainant on 01.10.2015, and removed his chain, wring and also taken two cell phones at knife point.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused and the son of the de-facto complainant are very close friends which was not liked by the de-facto complainant and therefore, a false complaint was given against him.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the victim is secured and the articles also recovered from the accused and the petitioner has no bad antecedents.

5. Considering the facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 26/10/2015 / TRUE COPY / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
