This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.281 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after registration of FIR, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.81 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. The Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infrutuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
