Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.232 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioner abused the defacto complainant, assaulted him and and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is an innocent person. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner and he is history sheeter. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that there are three previous case pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
