This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2021, wherein the petitioner has sought for sub-division of the property which he has purchased on 12.07.2021 under sale deed registered as Document No.2911 of 2021 and sale deed dated 26.07.2021 registered as Document No.3136 of 2021.
2.According to the petitioner, despite the representation, till date the request of the petitioner has not been acceded to. In such circumstances, this Writ Petition has been filed. 3.Heard the learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2021 seeking for subdivision of his property is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the writ petitioner and other necessary parties if any.
5.Accordingly, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2019 seeking for subdivision of his property at Keezha Arasaradi Village, Ottapidaram https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.[MD]No.2511 of 2022 Taluk, Thoothukudi District and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the necessary parties including the writ petitioner within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 6.With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
