ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the fourth respondent are husband and wife and there is a family dispute pending between them. Due to which, she lodged a false complaint and based on the complaint, the respondents 1 and 2 are harassing the petitioner. She also filed a petition before the Sub Court, Sivakasi in H.M.O.P.No.17 of 2025 and the same is pending. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, they conducted enquiry and thereafter, they closed the 2/5

petition. Since there is a family dispute pending between the parties, both the parties can approach the Family Court for appropriate relief. Therefore, they have not registered any case against the petitioner and they have not harassed the petitioner.

4. Recording the above said submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
