The petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Trial Court in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21001 of 2021, dated 29.12.2021. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 29.12.2021, made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.21001 of 2021, is extended further for a period of one week (*) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on condition that the petitioner should pay a sum of Rs.2500/- in favour of the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, failing which the petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
