Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation is pending. 3.In view of the above, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed appear before the respondent Police weekly once ie., every Monday at 10.30 am for a period of 8 weeks.
