Prayer in CRL OP(MD) No.23281 of 2016:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, (PCR) Court cases, Thanjavur to consider the bail petition filed by the petitioners on the same day of their surrender in Crime No.301/16 on the file of the second respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of both sides and this Court made the following order:- The petitioners have complied with the order of this Court dated 19.01.2017.

In view of the same the time for the petitioners to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, (PCR) Court, Thanjavur is extended and the petitioners are directed to surrender on or before 06.02.2017, other conditions remain unaltered.
