O RDER This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor /respondent for deliberate and willful disobeying the order of the this Court made in in W.P.(MD). No.16928/2022, dated 01.08.022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation given by the petitioner was considered by the respondent police and the parties were directed to resolve their issue through civil Court process and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
