PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistarate Court, Peraiyur to dispose the suit OS.No.13 of 2019, pending on his file in a time bound manner as fixed by this Court and allow the same.

ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.13 of 2019 pending on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Peraiyur.

2. The present revision petitioner is the 4th defendant in the suit. According to the revision petitioner, the matter is posted for trial from March 2020 onwards. However, so far the trial has not yet begun. The BDiary extract produced by the revision petitioner discloses that from 30.03.2020, the matter is being posted for trial and it was last listed on 20th of February 2023 and adjourned to 24.04.2023 for trial. 2/4

3. Considering the fact that the matter is being continuously adjourned under the caption "for trial", this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur to dispose of O.S.No.13 of 2019 on or before 30.11.2023.

4. With the above said directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
