ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and furnish sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District and also extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of the Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, Madurai, on the condition 1/3

imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22663 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024. 2.Heard on both sides.

3.This Court has considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the averments made in the petition. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, however in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to extend the time to the petitioner till 17.02.2025 to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court on 20.12.2024.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
