ORDER

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19378 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court granted bail to the petitioner by imposing certain conditions vide order of this Court dated 13.12.2024 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19378 of 2024 and as per the order of this Court, the petitioner is also complying with the conditions imposed upon him from 26.12.2024 without fail.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police is also not disputing the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. He also stated that the case is posted for examination of witnesses. 2/4

4. In view of the submissions made on either side and considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.19378 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 regularly, without fail and that the case is posted for examination of witnesses, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.19378 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 is relaxed in toto. This criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed accordingly.
