For Petitioner : Mr.M.S.Parthiban For Respondent : Mr.R.R.Kannan COMMON ORDER The present transfer civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the husband seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.27 of 2012 and H.M.O.P.No.67 of 2012 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli, on the ground that for his convenience it may be transferred to the Family Court, Madurai.

2. Considering the fact that both the H.M.O.P., are being tried together and evidence on the side of the wife has already been closed, this Court is not inclined to transfer these cases, which are all 10 years old and pending before the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, is hereby directed to dispose of both H.M.O.P.Nos.67 and 27 of 2012 on or before 30.06.2023. 2/4

4. With the above observation, these Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
