This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and furnish sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, Thanjavur and also extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) to the credit of the M/s.Salem Vakil Gumasthas Association, on the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.384 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025. 1/3
