This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to correct the date of birth of the petitioner's daughter namely, M.Aishwarya as 02.10.1997, instead of 02.06.1997 in her SSLC Mark Sheet in No.1086738, in the light of the Judgment and Decree, dated 16.03.2017 made in O.S.No.442 of 2014, on the file of the Additional District Court, Tuticorin.

2.Heard Mr.R.Maheswaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

W.P.(MD)No.2810 of 2020 3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have registered the petitioner's daughter's date of birth as 02.10.1997 in the SSLC Mark Sheet and the same has also been issued to the petitioner on 05.03.2020. Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, is infructuous. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infrutous. No costs.
