This petition has been filed to direct theII nd Additional District and Sessions Court, (PCR) Tirunelveli, to consider petitioner's bail application on the date of surrender on the same day in Crime No.179 of 2019, on the file of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of T.P.H.W Act and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2) (va) of SC/ST (POA) Act.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
