This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner forbearing the respondents from restraining the petitioner and his associate Advocates to enter into the Vengaivayal Village in Pudukottai District for providing legal assistant and guidance to the said villagers based on his representation dated 25.01.2025 and 27.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents no.2 and 3 would submit that the matter has been seized of by the Trial Court and some of the witnesses have also been examined. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
