ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Cr.M.P. No. 7529 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No. IV, Madurai, dated 03.11.2025, insofar as Condition No. B is concerned, and consequently to direct the petitioner to report before the Judicial Magistrate No. IV,

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there are 15 previous cases pending against the petitioner. In the present case, though the petitioner was directed to report before the concerned Police Station for 15 days, he has not properly complied with the said condition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is being influenced and threatened by the de facto complainant, and on the basis of such allegations, the police are insisting upon repayment of the amount.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also taking into account the reasons stated by the petitioner, Condition No. B imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No. IV, Madurai, in Cr.M.P. No. 7529 of 2025, dated 03.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 30 days, and thereafter as and when required for interrogation before the respondent police.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
