2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 9 days..

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23912 of 2025 dated 20.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Thuraiyur Police Station, Trichy District daily at 10.30 am until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
