ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.1580 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 27.09.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 27.09.2015, both the accused travelled in a Omni bus from Madurai to Chennai and while travelling the bus, they have taken away Rs.1,000/- from the bag of the de-facto complainant.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are vendors selling bedsheet in and around Mattuthavani and eke out their livelihood, they shifted the business to Chennai and at that time, they have been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are from the State of Uttar Pradesh and they have no permanent residents in Tamil Nadu and once if they are released on bail, they are not available for trial and they have no bad https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ antecedents.
5. Considering the facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two local sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
