Praying this Court to direct the inspector of police, natham police station, dindigul district the respondent herein, to complete the investigation in crime no.151 of 2010 and file the charge-sheet within a time frame to be stipulated by this court. Order : This Crl.OP coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.Hariharan, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.Kannithevan, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has come forward with this application seeking a direction directing the respondent to investigate the matter in Crime No. 151 of 2010 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that referred charge sheet has been filed on 21.05.2010 after giving due notice to the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant would submit has not received any referred charge sheet notice. 4.Hence, the respondent police is directed to produce case Diary with acknowledgment card for sending referred charge sheet notice on 10.08.2015. Post on 10.08.2015.
