2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as on date, there is no enquiry or case pending against the petitioner, since the complaint given by one Arun was closed on 20.06.2020, after assigning C.S.R.No.309 of 2020.
