ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 10.10.2024 and consequently to direct the respondents to release the document in Document No.2723/2024 dated 29.07.2024 on the file of the respondents.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. On 25.06.2014, one Narasiman executed a sale deed in favour of one Uthirakumar, who purchased an extent of 2 Acres 55 cents punja land in SF.No.867/1A12A1 vide document No.1018/2014 and one Sumathi, who has purchased a land for an extent of 1 Acre in SF.No. 867/1A2A vide Document No.1767/2020 from one Kalpana. In turn, the said Uthirakumar and Sumathi sold out the subject property in favour of 2/4

the petitioner and presented for registration on 06.05.2024. However, there is a reference under Section 47A of the Stamp Act, now, the proceedings is pending.

4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the reference under Section 47A of the Stamps Act within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
