This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family members and not to interfere in the civil dispute.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed.
3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
