ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.10.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused have tried to get loan amount from the Railway Co-operative Society by pledging the property of the petitioner. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that a suit is pending in O.S.No.393 of 2010 with regard to the property of the petitioner and based on the statement given by both parties that they will settle the issue before the civil Court, the case has been closed on 07.02.2015. It is also submitted that a closure report has already been sent to the petitioner.
