Heard Mr.S.Saji Bino, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, learned Standing counsel for the respondents.

2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 19.10.2020, which has been preferred against the punishment of three years increment cut with cumulative effect.

3.The learned Standing counsel for the respondents, on instructions submitted that the second respondent may require three months time to dispose of the appeal.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing counsel, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 19.10.2020, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
