O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent for expeditious disposal of her appeal dated 20.02.2023.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the second respondent has passed an order removing the petitioner from service. According to the petitioner, challenging the said order she had presented an appeal to the first respondent on 20.02.2023. Since the same was not disposed of, the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent on 21.01.2025 seeking expeditious disposal of her appeal. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to dispose of the appeal presented by the writ petitioner dated 2/4

20.02.2023, if the same has been received by the Office and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
