This petition is filed to modify the name of the Court as Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Dindigul instead of learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.918/2026 dated 20.01.2026.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.918 of 2026 dated 20.01.2026 and issue fresh order copies to the parties.
