This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent herein to file final report in Crime No. 85 of 2012 on the file of the respondent herein for offences under Sections 468,420,447,427,294(b), 506(ii) of IPC r/w.Section 34 of IPC.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as ' Further Action dropped.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
