ORDER
[Delivered by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.] This writ petition is filed as Public Interest Litigation, challenging the permission granted by the respondent authorities to allow second petrol pump, though according to the petitioner one petrol pump is already there in the close vicinity. 2.According to the learned advocate for the petitioner, since there is a Girls Higher Secondary School and one petrol bunk is already there, such a permission should not have been granted. 3.After arguing the matter at length, and when this Court was not inclined to entertain this petition, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. Permission as prayed for, is granted.
