ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation. 2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to unblock the drainage supply for the petition mentioned School. The petitioner admittedly owes to pay property tax to the respondents. The arrears had mounted to almost 26 Lakhs. This represents the period from 2017 to the second half of 2023. It is stated that after issuance of notice, a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs was paid last month. The petitioner has to pay 16 more Lakhs. 3.The petitioner through their counsel gives an undertaking to clear the remaining arrears within eight weeks in three instalments. The petitioner shall pay the first installment by next Monday(13.02.2023), the second installment 2/4

shall be paid by 06.03.2023 and the third installment shall be paid on or before 30.03.2023. Since such an undertaking has been given by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to unblock the drainage supply by tomorrow (07.02.2023) itself.
