ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to initiate proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C against the respondent 3 to 6.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint lodged enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 24.08.2021.

3.Further if any representation sent by the second respondent, then only the first respondent will take cognizance and proceed under Section 145 of Cr.P.C, whereas the second respondent conducted enquiry and closed the same on 24.08.2021, therefore the prayer sought for cannot be considered now

4. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
