No.75 of 2021 ORDER:- This Criminal Appeal Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.R.Laxman, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.M.Aasha, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, the earlier order of this Court dt.10.12.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, in D.No.1297/2022/HCA dated 18.02.2022, and this Court made the following order:- The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.65 of 2018 , pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.12.2021.

3. The reasons stated in the letter dated 18.02.2022 is accepted and a further period of three months time is granted , to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
