Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. side) Prayer:To relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl OP(MD) No.23716 of 2025 dated 19.12.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court at the Honble Communal Clash Cases in Southern District Madurai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23716 of 2025, dated 19.12.2025.

complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 23 days complied and that the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.23716 of 2025, dated 19.12.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court as and when required. 09-02-2026 jbr To
