R.SUBRAMANIAN,J AND N.SATHISH KUMAR,J The mother of the detenue seeks for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus for the production of her daughter A.Aruna, aged about 24 years and set her at liberty.

H.C.P.(MD) No.165 of 2021 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, would submit that the detenue has married one Diwakar and she is living with him as his wife. Hence, we do not find illegal detention as claimed by the Petitioner. 4.In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
