Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.11986 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.7609 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.11986 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.7609 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025., is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
