2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.21155 of 2025 dated 24.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.
