ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents to remove his name from the history sheet. The main grievance of the petitioner is that though he submitted his representation on 21.01.2021, till date no action has been taken by the third respondent.

2.In the circumstances, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner based on findings and on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
