Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21488 of 2025 dated 26.11.2025 is hereby fully relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates without fail. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
