2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.30 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru. 4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and hence, the same is dismissed. 13.12.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Ns 2/4
