ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to him and his wife. 2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in Current Paper No.N4/720/45/G/2021 and after enquiring the petitioner, it was closed since the petitioner represented before the police that no further action is necessary on the representation submitted by him.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
