3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.18591/2025, dated 25.10.2025 is hereby fully relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates without fail. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
