ORDER

(1)The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 18.08.2025 in Crl.MP. (MD).No.9937/2025 in Crl.A.(MD).No.75/2024.

(2)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 29.04.2025, granted bail to the petitioner, directing him to report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., until further orders. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner appeared before the respondent Police Station regularly and subsequently, filed Crl.MP.(MD).No.9937/2025 for relaxation of the aforesaid condition and this Court, vide order dated 18.08.2025, modified the said condition by directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., pending appeal. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is abiding the aforesaid condition till date and hence, seeks relaxation of the said condition. (3)The learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for the respondent affirmed the aforesaid facts.

(4)Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

(5)Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the modified conditional order dated 18.08.2025, till date, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner, be modified. (6)Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police Station, on the first working day of the English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., pending appeal. 11.02.2026 AP To 1.The Inspector of Police Narcotics Intelligence Bureau CID Madurai.
