ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family members on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and at the enquiry, the first petitioner as well as the third respondent have given statements and that the third respondent has specifically agreed to withdraw the complaint and on that basis, the complaint was ordered to be closed. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
