2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.23962 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice a week ie., on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 am until further orders.
